Throughout the year, when there is a school activity that could benefit from your involvement, you will receive an email from MHPS administration providing context about the activity and requesting your support. You will have the option to support the activity or pass. Only when you agree to support the activity will your details be passed on to the activity owner.
For example, ANZAC Ceremony is coming up. You have ticked that you would like to be involved with activities of cultural significance. You will receive an email from the school, asking for your participation and explaining what needs to be done and the time requirements. You then can accept to be part of the activity or pass.
- If you pass, we will reach out to you again for the next culture activity in the school year.
- If you accept, you will be contacted by the activity owner by email or phone.
Your interests and contact details will not be given to any committee or teacher until you provide your permission to do so. You always have the opportunity to pass once contacted and can remove your details from schooLINK6016 at any time.
With the next similar activity, it is NOT ASSUMED that you will participate.
